Measurement and testing technology

With continuous investments in the most modern measurement technology, we are expanding our testing laboratory and have an excellent testing system.

This includes a 3D measuring machine Zeiss Contura G2, which is equipped with mass technology, the Multi Application Sensor System, as standard. This enables tactile and optical measurements on just one device - with maximum flexibility in the applications. Another important addition is the Keyence XM 2000 digital test station, with which we close the gap between coordinate measuring machine and handheld measuring equipment.

Additionaly we use 625 standard measuring devices, such as digital calipers, dial gauges, gauges or thread plug gauges for the highest quality of all precision parts, sheet metal parts, welded components and our assembly.

Machining technology

All the heart could possibly wish for! Our stock of machinery in the sector of machining technology comprises both multi-spindle and multi-axis controlled CNC machines. Our bar-turning machines facilitate 8 to 65 mm passage. Our vertical turning centers for complete chuck-machining operations feature up to 8 CNC-controlled axes and can produce components of up to 400 mm in diameter. This makes it possible for us to come up with flexible and cost-effective solutions even for complex precision components e.g. turned and milled parts.
